Today, I am dropping off my little guy at Camp Thurman with his little friends. He's been enjoying his camp experience this week and has been coming home filthy. That's definitely a sign of a good time.
Last week, Matthew went to his coding camp with iDTech at Westlake Academy. He was not a fan of going to camp or going out of the house in general, but he ended up really enjoying himself. He learned how to put together a game. It was pretty impressive. We got to see what he worked on all week at the Family showcase.
Michael also had camp this summer. He got to stay at SMU for a few days for College Prep Soccer Camp. It was a great experience for him to stay in a dorm. His friend Anthony was his roommate.
I missed him while he was gone, so I texted him a few times a day. This pretty sums up most of our conversations and texts. Love this big monkey so much.
I cannot believe that the summer is almost over. We took a trip to California earlier in the summer and Michael and I took a short trip to South Beach without the kids in late June. It was not as great as it could have been because I was sick the whole time. I'll try to post about these in the next couple of days.
